Description:

The whole system just need three skilled operators and can reach the production capacity of 12000-15000 pcs/h. The whole production line barely with no manual operation, which reduced human error and batch difference. Humanized design ensures the whole production line can be independent and on-line operation, the whole process flow is fluent.

5.It adopts STS304 AND Aluminum Alloy 60601 materials to extend its operating life.

7.The sterilization can be made in the process of production. Both PET tube and glass tube can be totally sterilized to an ideal result. The validity of sterilization can be kept for 2 years. It not only saves the cost but also reduces pollution.
